Rotterdam the Hague Airport was looking for a way to actively engage with their passengers on a personal level. Delta, en new form of pre-flight entertainment, enables each passenger to log-in using their boardingpass to access the lastest boarding status and information matching their destination. The system uses a "hologram display" (Pepper's Ghost Principle) which can be controlled by smartphone by four users at once.
